Implementasi Pembelajaran Non Formal yang Sistematis dan Terstruktur Multi Bidang Studi dalam Komunitas Gubuk Baca

The community service program through the Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that is oriented towards sustainable community empowerment. One focus of relevant service in rural areas is strengthening community-based non-formal education. This article aims to describe the implementation of the KKN community service program in the form of systematic and structured non-formal learning based on multi-fields of study in the Gubuk Baca community in Busu Hamlet, Slamparejo Village, Jabung District. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the service show that structured learning activities in literacy, numeracy, arts, religion, and character development are able to increase children's learning participation and raise community awareness of the importance of non-formal education as a complement to formal education. This program also strengthens the role of the Gubuk Baca as a community learning center and a vehicle for lifelong learning.
